Welcome to Nodi Teerae Riverside Resort ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website, reserving cottage accommodations, booking day outing packages, or initiating online payments through our payment gateway, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking & Reservation Confirmation

• All room and day-outing reservations are subject to availability and confirmation upon receipt of advance payment.
• Tariffs displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Booking confirmation vouchers will be issued via email or WhatsApp once the payment is verified by our payment gateway (Razorpay).

2. Check-In & Check-Out Timings

• Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM (Noon).
• Standard Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out requests are strictly subject to room availability and may attract nominal additional charges.
• In accordance with Indian government regulations, all Indian nationals must present valid government photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport). Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport and Indian Visa/OCI. PAN card is not accepted as ID proof.

3. Online Payments & Billing

• Online payments are securely processed through authorized RBI-licensed payment gateways including Razorpay.
• We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), Net Banking, and UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm).
• Any convenience or processing surcharge, if levied by banks, will be visible at the payment checkout screen before final authorization.

4. Resort Rules & Safety Guidelines

• Being located directly on the bank of the river Ganges, guests are strictly prohibited from stepping into deep water or swimming in the open river. Swimming is permitted only in our dedicated resort swimming pool during pool operational hours.
• Loud music or outside sound systems are not permitted after 10:00 PM in outdoor lawns in compliance with environmental noise control guidelines.
• Guests shall be held liable for any deliberate damage caused to resort property, furnishings, or electronic appliances during their stay.

5. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in South 24 Parganas / Kolkata, West Bengal.
