Note: We do not collect or store your Card Number, Expiry Date, CVV, UPI PIN, or Net Banking credentials on our servers. All payment details are encrypted and securely processed by Razorpay in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

To process, confirm, and manage your room and day-outing reservations.
To send booking confirmation receipts, check-in instructions, and directions via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
To comply with regulatory hotel guest registration guidelines mandated by local state administration.
