Resort Rules & Cancellation Guidelines
Child & Pool Guidelines
- Children upto 10 years are charged Rs. 300 + GST per child for breakfast however the
- stay is complimentary.
- Guests above 10 years will be charged Rs. 1,200 + GST per night, which includes an
- extra bed and breakfast.
- AMENDMENT POLICY
- Amendments will be treated as cancellation.
- Any refund will take at least 5 to 7 working days to process.
Reservation Policy
- Check-In time is 11.30 am noon and Check-Out Time is 10 a.m.
- Rooms will be blocked only against an advance.
- 50% of the payment needs to be done at the time of booking and the rest 50% needs to be done before check-in.
- Please carry a valid government-issued photo identity and address proof with you for the Check-In Procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or under inevitable circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation or Alteration in bookings is entertained. But prior information is
- required . Kindly also refer to our Reservation/Cancellation or Amendment
- Policy.
- Alteration can be done within 6 months on prior notice of at least 7 days.
- Cancellations made 15 or more days before check-in date will be free.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance but less than 15 days will
- incur a cancellation charge of 30% of the booking amount.
- Cancellations made more than 3 days in advance but less than 7 days will
- incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the booking amount.
- No-shows and cancellations made 0 to 3 days in advance will incur a 100%
- charge for the booking.
- In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of
- approximately 5.7% as payment processing charges.
- Note : Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible
- efforts to waive/minimize the cancellation charges.
